兒童牧區

EFCHH’s Children’s Ministry (K-6th) currently has approximately 40 students.

The Children’s Ministry meets every Friday and Sunday. Sunday activities consists of a joint sermon with the English Ministry followed by Sunday School, which is separated into three groups by age. On Friday nights, children worship with the English Ministry then attend a Friday night class, taught by Mrs. Lois.

The vision of the Children’s Ministry is to provide an environment where children have the opportunity to learn God’s truth in different ways, such as games, crafts, and scripture reading. Through gospel-centered teachings and worship, we hope to encourage young minds to seek God and experience His goodness.

A unique aspect of EFCHH is the kind of relationships created between the youth group and the children ministry.  There is a sense of intentional unity in the way younger ones look up to their older brother and sisters who teach and play with them.

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these”. (Matthew 19:14) Just as Jesus loved and treasured children, we must look after them so we can grow them in discipleship and followers of our Christ.
